As far as the locatation, ambiance and cleanliness is concerned the hotel is good. The service staff was polite. At the time of check in I was told there is no booking for 25th November. .... I had booked an executive double room for 3 adults and we were given a small standard room just for the sake of providing an accomodation which was not in good condition the bathroom had no geyser and also used toiletries were placed. After seeing the condition when we asked about our original booking one gentleman from the staff told us the executive room is smaller than this room and tried to convince us to accomodate in that small standard room to which I denied. Finally the room which was given to us was in better condition but was meant only for two and not for three guests. There was no space and provision was made for the third guest. We three had to adjust on one double bed. We later found out that the the room which we had booked at the first place was given to some other guest. It was very unprofessional from the hotel side to do such a thing.

Room quality was the worst part of the stay, it was not clean and properly maintained, and in fact the Manager and staff were not good, the way they used to speak and treated their guest was not good. Food quality and location was okay.

Absolutely poor service quality and zero value for money. I would never ever come to this hotel again. Small **** rooms, uncomfortable matrices, small TV - In short, its a waste of a place.

Hotel outer look and reception loby is very attractive but rooms are not up to mark.... as they are charging.
