worst experience ever it's such a pathetic hotel.The floor was dirty and filthy, full of cockroaches, Bedsheet was so dirty that you don't even want to touch it.Request for room change that too happen in 1.5 hrs. Reception has no response. Other room where I shifted, has no telephone to connect with services, no food menu. and other amenities.Food as promised will come and get served in 20 minutes but it has taken more than an hour with full of old masalas, pathetic taste.Request everyone not to book this hotel. At the time of check out notice another experience, the front office has no idea about availability, Guests are waiting at the lobby after booking confirmation and rooms are not available.Other people are so irritated that can't explain.

my experience with hotel is superb and hotel staff is so supportive and helpful it's completely safe for traveller and also good thing with hotel it is situated in city centre all the shopping mall, shops near the hotel but only one negative point is hotel staff improve their toilet seats to cleaning the seats well hotel breakfast buffet is so tasty enjoy

worst hotel, please never go in this property, waste of money, waste of your holidays, the AC was not working neither the tv, I was so angry with the hotel service that I complained to support. Even there driver from valet parking scratch my vehicle while bringing up from parking,Nothing was good, the AC and tv not working. worst hotel I ever visited

don't have the photos but some staffs are good but some are a bit confused..i had booked the suite room on but the staff was confused about the price and she seemed to have tried to give us another room(deluxe or some normal room)i think that needs to change as we had already booked the suite..well at last she gave us the suite

I'm checking the room at 10.45 pm but overall okay but after I'm calling room service, front office, house keeping they didn't pick up the landline number regarding i want water bottle, fully night I'm not drinking water, next time im not visiting in this third category hotel

Neat and clean rooms , Staff is super polite and fast . you must try their tea .
