The stay was descent. But things that were not good was there was no remote for AC. I called the reception twice but no one came up to deliver the remote. The bedsheet & blanket had stains on it. The mug was broken in the bathroom. The bathroom was also stained which looked unhygienic. Not even 1 complimentary water bottle was provided in the room. Average

1. TV is not working 2. Door lock is properly not work 2. Only towels are provided. No shower gel or soap provided by the hotel. 3. Water accumulated in the bathroom and the exhaust fan does not work in the bathroom 4. Room cleaning is poor. 5. AC remote is not available.

बहुत ही निम्न स्तर का होटल, साफ सफाई बिल्कुल नहीं, वाशरूम डस्ट बिन बहुत गंदा (ऐसी चीजें पड़ी हुई थी जिसका वर्णन नहीं जा सकता है), काम्प्लीमेनटरी ब्रेक फास्ट में समय पर उपलब्ध नहीं, कुल मिलाकर इस होटल में जाना स्वास्थ्य के लिए अनुपयुक्त और पैसे तथा समय की बरबादी है

Hotel is good, location is very very good as it is in center of raipur. You can go easily anywhere from this hotel. Quality of breakfast was not good at all that's why i rated 3 star else everything is good. Great business partner goibibo with simran pride

u can find cockroach 🪳🪳🪳 in bathroom .. AC no working properly.. rooms r not clean properly .. acc to price hotel is worthless.. unhygenic .. breakfast also not good ... not recommended to anyone.. u can find better hotel in this price ..

5th floor stay , rooms are small , pungent smell, no ac remote, no mirror in the room , bugs in bathroom, very poor response from staffs, complimentary breakfast is average in quality, overall not recommended

I was not alone in the room during my stay, the management had arranged a lot of cockroaches to keep me company. The stay was memorable with torn towels and unhygienic bathroom.
