Around 1 km from the nearest Sinquerim beach. - Night club entry is free during the stay. - Safe place for couples. - Near and nice room. - Well maintained swimming pool. - Good breakfast with a lot of variety. Con: - Only 2 water bottle. Each extra bottle cost Rs 50. - Outside food is not allowed. - Outside guest not allowed. - Expensive neibourhood. - The food rate is different at different times.

As a couple you can't get a hotel like this at the price of Rs. 3500 in North Goa. Perfect location. Casino beside the Hotel. Bar and Disc inside the Hotel. Beach at 700-800 mtrs. As Stags are not allowed in the hotel makes it perfect for couples.

had a wonderful stay and good party vibes in the sinq club at night. 2000 was charged by the night club for 2 kids in the kids zone which I think is quite high.
