We recently stayed at Hotel Sivas Regency, Theni near Theni old bus stand.. the property is located in a prime location..The hotel has good parking facilities right next to the hotel..the rooms are clean and well-maintained..The owner, front office staff and housekeeping staff were polite and responsible and ensured the guests had a pleasant stay.. safe place for staying with family ..Overall it was a very good travel experience.

the hotel is in prime area near the main busstand junction. staff were very friendly good parking facility available with security have quite a few restaurants (pure veg too) in 10min walking distance. room was neat and toilet was clean as well they were so nice to give us a box of sweet ok 31st Dec and wishes us a new year. over-all good experience safe clean

Overall it is good experience at this hotel. They are very polite and guided us about the tourist place in and around Theni. I would recommend to my friends to stay there. Thanks. We enjoyed the entire trip with good rest at this hotel. we got the early check-in which will help the family members to take rest and enjoyed the trip.

Very friendly attitude from receptionist. Thats the first thing you would notice. They consider your requests very seriously. A very good place in prime location. Neat and clean rooms. Also the toilet were kept so clean. A very nice stay that I would highly recommend for anyone who plans to visit Theni.

The room was looking very new with modern finish. Bathroom was clean and neat and everything worked well including geyser. Bed was soft and comfortable. Room was ready and given in just couple of minutes. It was also pleasant dealing with staff. Overall a great experience.

We had a Very good experience on our stay. Staff had a good behaviour and they are very friendly ,rooms and bathroom are well cleaned and hygiene. they also helps us to get a transport with cheap price compare with local autos.

Rooms are near and very clean. Walkable distance from Theni old bus stand. Highly recommended. Restaurant not available inside the hotel. But we can visit nearer restaurant based on our preference.
