the deluxe room in which i stayed was shown to be 100 sq metres( 1038 sq ft) however it was barely 120 - 125 sq ft - quite small for the rates of rs 2828 per night. this is gross misrepresentation on the part of the hotel skylark or by both.the room was quite unclean and the toilet was especially dirty. the breakfast , included in the room tariff had only 1 item per day aloo paratha on monday and puri sabji on tuesday. no variety or options overall, one feels cheated and let down after staying at skylark especially after paying

I checked 3 rooms of the hotel. All were dirty. Sweeping was poor, used linen with spots were given. When asked for cleaning they said no staff is available to clean. I had no other option to stay as payment was already made.

room was very dirty , but hotel staff was cooperative and they clean the room. we were tired and we entered the room it was dirty .
