our stay at hotel snow view on cloud nine was awesome. best part is the।location of the hotel and view from room. it was cloudy most of the time, but we are fortunate to view the mesmerizing view of mount kanchenjangha. the hotel staff were really nice, they picked up the calls all the time and helped us as much as possible. i would like to thank sion and subhankar for taking care of us. restaurant food was also very good. i tried thukpa for the first time there and i fell in love with it. also bengali dishes were awesome. i would highly recommend the hotel for my friends to stay. overall a great experience and i look forward to visit again and stay in this hotel.

It was an amazing experience to stay at the Hotel Snow View on Cloud Nine. The hotel is one of the best. The outside view from your room is breathtaking. It’s very clean. Food is amazing, specially their today’s special. The staffs are so courteous and humble. Overall it’s amazing. Kanchenjunga view is so beautiful. I am attaching the picture that i clicked early morning from the window and gallery.

The best thing about this hotel is its staff. The team having Pooja and Nitisha at the Reception as well as Pooja, Dibakar and Sudhakar at the Catering are really wonderful people - courteous, helpfull, well trained and friendly. The food is well prepared and served. Their new chef Vijay Singh is quite good. The hotel is well located and at a short distance from major tourist attractions.

Very good hotel to stay in Pelling. The amenities such as restaurant, Wi-Fi, TV are of great quality. The staff is humble and helpful. During our stay, we had sumptuous breakfast as part of the package. Besides, we had mouthwatering pizza and chowmein in dinner. A big shoutout to Akanksha who was very helpful.

Location is very good. At walking distance from main chowk. Staff is well mannered. Service was good. Sometime there is problem of water because of irregular electricity supply. Taste of restaurant is average. Service was good. Location is excellent. Behaviour of staff is good and they are very cooprative.

It was a good stay.. amazing view from hotel. Loved it. Though the amenities mentioned hotel is fake, hotel does not provide all of it. It is a bit hyped. Staff was very cheerful and helpful. Even the area and room was very clean. The path to the hotel about 10 km away is very bad to drive.

We stayed 2 nights in this hotel. We had booked standard view room. Mount Kanchenjunga was clearly visible from our room. Overall room and washroom was clean. Foods were served hot and delicious. No extra charges were taken for room service.
