The parking is almost 200 meters far from the resort with no boards or directions. Very difficult to locate the property.The property is in front of the beach but there is no direct access to it which makes no sense to call it a beach resort.Communication with resort staff is very difficult. There is no direct communication but through a centralised team who has no idea about the location.Post check-in we observed that there is no wifi in the premise, no intercom to contact reception, no proper hot water. Room cleaning will not be done on a daily basis. These are the basic things.Ultimately, it’s not what you expect to be a perfect holiday destination.
