I kept my fingers crossed. How will it be? I landed there. The staff at reception and other staffs were warm and friendly. I was given two standard rooms. I rejected one room. The staff immediately changed the room and thats it. The rooms were well furnished. Aptly decorated. Provided with TV, 24 Hrs hot water supply, and Wifi(I didn't use it). The room service were prompt and active. House keeping staff cleaned the rooms once daily and changed bed linens. The only thing where I have little dislike was cleanliness of toilets. They were not upto my satisfaction. Toulet seats, basin was stained. Overall a very nice hotel for staying with family as the hotel is at the heart of Agartala. Good bengali thali is available for reasonable price at "moms kitchen" on surya street beside the hotel.

hotel is at the heart of the city. rooms are fine.... according to the hotel fare. but service quality is not upto the mark. waiters of this hotel are more proffesional then their receptionist. this is my 2nd visit. on my first visit the receptionist kept my orifinal addhar... and forgot to rtrn it. today when i asked for the adhar card... he told that hw need to search and find out. on the other hand... if you want to order food or contact for some prob... and your room is in grnd floor. then you have to walk up till reception. telepbone is dead. the light in my room is also blinking and there is no one to complain avout. except these thing the hotel is ok in this range.

Nice hotel for stay in heart of city . Walkable to ujjanta palace ,sukanta academy , jaggannath temple and all market area. Every thing is good in the hotel and i booked car to visit tripura sundari , neer mahal , kasaba kali in one day only 1500/-next day haritage park nehru kanan etc local places only. Recommended hotel cheap and best with all amenities like geyser , lift, nice food service, and well mainted room

staff is overckeaver. was trying to give us Standard room instead of our booking of Super deluxe. After a long discussion ...after two hours waiting rhe provided us a room but this was also not like super deluxe. Second time they did like this with us. one year earlier same drama they did with us. Now i will never prefer this hotel.

I have not good experience in this hotel. Gyser was not availabe, too much masquetos r their, old TVs in this hotel, location wise good, good room service cleaning was not good,good foods
