As i checked in first in 206 room ...room was good.. amenities was placed...but the main problem food related.... outside food is not allowed that is okk ...but the menu they r provided in the room half of the items r not available...we asked for masala papad which is common food that is also available...they r allowing outside liquor in the room but people what they eat with the liquor? ..when I carry outside food the receptionist argue with me...the behaviour was quite bad ... don't know how to talk to their guest...we order some foods in the room but the Indian items r good but the Chinese one horrible...if u had this kind of Chinese food I can guarantee that u forgot the taste of Chinese food....2ndly i extended my room and i asked for room change they did it i shifted to 202 room but in that room the geyser it's not working...and also ac is not effective... again i have to called to reception for that geyser it's not working they said they r sending...again after 30 minutes I have to called again for remainder... again i have to shift to room no 206 ...3 rdly when I booked the room it's showing complimentary hi tea which they r provided in the room... I have to asked that one Also 2-3 times which they provided after 7:30 pm .. totaly bad and horrible experience.... once we r checking out that guy who did nothing he asked for tips ...i don't know what kind of hospitality is this ?

this place, staff of the hotel is drunk and rude as hell you'll never gonna experience as worst stay as I experienced. Receptionist was also not cooperative. And the service is also very awefull. I never want to come this place till my last place..... talking abt the food the food is wasted all my money was wasted I have waited approx 3hrs for only veg thali...... and the food was chilled as snow ❄️... and also the restaurant keeper who takes the order was misbehaving with my family members and also shouting when I enquire abt my food... And also they took 7 hrs to change Airconditioner (AC) Remote & to fix Television (TV). And after they fix the TV there's no channel or Webseries working on it...... My fellow folks this Review is not done yet... there's so much I haven't written in this review... ...👎👎👎

Pathetic experience... never go in this hotel of sonajhuri... staffs behaviour very bad... they dont have a manners... very unprofessional approach... food was very bad... same gravy on every dish... quality was bad... i was order basmati rice which price 70 ... but they served normal steamed rice which price 45 ... but billing they put basmati rice price... they dont maintain their pool... overall experience was tooooo much bad.... horrible... 0 out pf 10

Hotel is good including the interior. staff behaviour is also good but the taste of food is not delicious and the waiting time to get food after ordering was very hectic like we got our dinner after 1.5 hrs of ordering..we didn't liked the food and service of restaurant but except that everything was very nice. Pool is also perfect but will suggest to play some songs on the rooftop pool so that it will be like cherry on the cake.

Room, Amenities are good but few points are need to mention 1. The balcony is absolutely useless there is just no view at all 2. they provide only 2 500 ml bottle as water after asking they said their purifier is not working so we need to buy mineral water(later they provided after complaining) 3.The in house food is very expensive

DELUX ROOM WAS SMALL AS PHOTO SHOWING BIG NOT BAD IN CLENESS . FOOD ARE VERY BAD AS PER PRICE , STAFF BEHAVIOUR NOT GOOD ASKING HALF DAY OR FULL DAYS CHARGES FOR 1-2 HOURS EXTRA STAY , ..ROOM DISTANCE WAS VERY LONG ARROUND 15 MIN FROM SEE ..OVERALL EXPERIENCE AVERAGE.,

very good experience in this hotel, accommodation was good and decoration is also very good, fooding was also good and delicious. room service, behaviour and other facilities is also excellent. i will recommonded all of our friends and family to stay on this hotel.
