I booked a suite room, but the room is not clean full of insects near the cot. so we called room service to clean the room. No lift in hotel we are in 3rd floor so everytime we need go by walk. only 1 complementary food that is poori. No keetle in room to prepare coffee or tea. Bed is too hard and it's very tough to sleep. No one helped us or asked us to carry the laggages that is unacceptable even in a normal hotel they are helping us.

Stayed there for 1night with family. Rooms are ok, no lift is available so that have to use the stair with our luggage up to the second floor room. Food is totally waste as the kitchen is working for just bar requirement. House keeping have to improve a lot and the linen used is very old in condition, bed sheets, pillow cover, towels etc.. Overall an average stay..

excellent experience, everything was gud very kind staffs. those the staffs are not money minded they satisfied guest needs with out any restrictions totally the satying was awsome. one of my request please make sure to check the A/c i run it for more then 6 hrs but its not work well thanking you

In the time of booking amenities shows that balcony available, bt they provided ground floor small room for me. They said that if I need balcony view room then pay extra 600 bathroom ventilation has open, any one can see from outside, becouse the room is ground floor, there is no privacy.

Average ambience and rooms are neat and clean but they need to maintain the bathrooms also and at night water was dripping fron AC and morning breakfst u will get only after 9 am if u want to go early to somwher its better u take breakfst from outside

The hotel location is great.... it's in the bypass road.... it's very calm place inside hotel.... now the restaurant has been shut down & room service not available... wifi also not available as mentioned in the amenities

No food is available in hotel because thay have no restaurant and room service due to this we pay extra to go 10 km from hotel for dinner and breakfast hotel have only for stay

..... hotel is 3.4 KM far from railway station but it is more than 28 KM far from railway station and Palakkad city.
