Going to write a fair review. Pros: 1. The apartment is nice and is at a really good location. 2. Newton's mall n fisherman's cove is just within walking distance. 3. The caretaker mostly responds. (but sometimes he just ignores you) 4. The fridge and oven are working. 5. Good deal for the price. Cons: 1. This is not a 1bhk, it is a studio apartment. 2. We have to pay an additional housekeeping charge of 300 INR. . Even after paying this charge, cleaning was done only on day 1. 3. Faced electricity outage problem. In our 4 days' stay, there was electricity outage for 5-6 times. only 1 fan and 1 bulb work on a generator. 4. Only one bottle of drinking water was provided. 5. The toaster was completely rusted from inside. 6. In toiletries, only one lifebuoy soap is provided. 7. Garbage is not collected. 8. utensils are not clean. ...

It was really wonderful stay, Mr Domnic and Mr. JP(manager) are very helpful, appartment is neat and clean and is near to main road, candolim beach is near, definos supermarket is also near to apartment, swimming pool is available which is shared with alor grande resort, overall it was really good stay. Mr. Domnic helped to get the cab for airport at midnight 3:30 am. will definitely recommend for stay.

Neat and clean room.but it is a private appartment so no one of alore grande resort take any type of responsibilities of it.atleast no free food or breakfast coupan is given. Private appartment has private manager so everytime we call them and remember them we are here please do that.if you want clean room then go but not expect any other than this.because no one is coming after three or four call.

It was a excellent stay. Location (near Candolim beach) and hotel property (facilities provided) is amazing. We completely enjoyed our stay. Service Apartment owner Mr. Domnic is very helpful and kind. We got all the support from him. He is very attentive. I strongly recommend this service apartment to travellers.

The room looks exactly the same as shown in the photos. The stay was good in addition to that location of the apartment was exactly what we wanted, near the beach. overall the stay was good. would recommend people in future.

Alor Grande is located near to Beach. We have stayed in 1BHK for 2 days (4 people), Nicely maintained by Staff. In 1BHK you have everything to cook food.Overall it was pleasure to stay here. 😊

We had an outstanding experience in this resort, enjoyed the hospitality, excellent facility & staffs were helpful but there was no option for food. Location wise it was near to beach.

Check in and Check out time are followed properly. You can't check in earlier than the time mentioned. Amenities and stay are well and good. Service person is unkind to hear.
