Their deluxe room is so bad which is at the ground floor and you shouldn't take that. You might feel some irritating sounds during night as well. Their superior room is fine however no lifts are there which is at the 2nd floor. We were shifted to deluxe room in the first day, which wasn't good. Further, the morning breakfast is fine based on Ladakh standards however if you order something during the day, you might not get that as per your expectations.

The overall experience is pleasant, the staff is very friendly and supportive. The front desk manager is also friendly and ready to help.If you are looking for family stay then it is one of the best hotel in Leh. They have arranged the drop facility for airport in early morning with reasonable price. The stay and food quality is good staff are very cooperative. Overall nice and comfortable stay

Overall hotel is very good but there is just one problem with the hotel . If you need hot water one has to open tap for around 30 min to get hot water , it means 100-150lts of water is wasted to get hot water . Management needs see this matter . Otherwise hotel is really good. Recommended

Rooms in the old building are very much okay for the price. However new building rooms are good. Breakfast is also very average. Although no complain regarding any of the staff but didn’t appreciate the way they deal with clients. There are surely better and polite ways to serve the clients.

we are really lucky to have this hotel at a reasonable price...a perfect stay at leh...our stay at leh is not the first time...the best experience in leh is the first time... the leh market is just walkable distance...the hotel service...the ambiance is just awesome... 100% recommend

Being a good rated property i was not at all satisfied because the images which they show on their website was entirely deceptive...interiors was too old...furniture looks very cheap...not proper housekeeping because initially toilets were stinking !

The rooms at the ground floor were pathetic . The washrooms were stinking and didnt have proper amenities . The rooms had no light and the staff was not cooperative at all . The buffet at the breakfast was really bad . The quality of food was bad

Its an amazing property...with beautiful infrastructure and courteous staff...initially i had issue with the washroom as it was dirty and stinking but afterwards the problem got sorted out...location with great proximity of mall road...!

Overall its a very good property...well equipped with all the basic and general facilities...like they provided us with the wifi...rest everything was okay...and well located in the market area...highly recommended to everyone....!

No wifi In room,If i call on reception,Is there no any information.1000 rs pr day guest house Provided wifi facility.And i have no network in my phone.And hotel not providing wifi service.

Good location and best price from Goibibo ( cheaper than direct booking ) . It is three star property and is worth. Value for money.
