Hotel is good and staff are polite and attentive. but the location is a bit away from Shirdi Sai Baba temple and you can't get a shared Auto. Complimentary breakfast fast is very nice I enjoyed, but as far as serving Tea/coffee is concerned, since it has no in-house kitchen, it has to be brought from outside which is time taking. The location of the hotel is in an outskart area, we don't get share auto or any public transportation. Serving Tea/coffee is time taking process because they depend on out side vendors.

NOT RECOMMENDED 1. Mainly No Hot Water for the bath. 2. AC did not work. 3. No proper response from staff right from the check-in. Even when called up twice or thrice for some requirements, they dont turn up. 4. Rooms no maintained cleanly. No dustbin nor tissues in the room. 5. The bucket in the toilet was very dirty. 6. Too far to commute to centre places, each time we had to spend ₹100/- for auto rikshaw.
