The only advantage of this place is it's location and that where everything else ends. In room policy, it is mentioned that smoking and drinking alcohol is allowed. However, in practicality on ground it is not allowed. Actually there are boards mentioning the same all over the property. Same goes with the nonveg food. They don't have their own kitchen. They bring it from the restaurant on the ground floor and charge you extra 10% for that and also one has to pay tip to the room boy on top of that. Also, when one of my local subordinate staff came to visit me (since I was on a business purpose visit to Hyderabad), he was asked to pay Rs. 400 if he wanted to see and visit me in my room. Or else he will have to wait in the reception for me to come out of my room. Finally we both went downstairs and sat on small stools of a roadside tea vendor cart for 2 hours and carried out our professional discussion and then I came back to my room. This was a never ever experienced kind of a shocker to me in my life. My visitor wasn't even allowed to keep his bike helmet in my room. Electrical connections, switchboard and bathroom are too filthy to use. There are too many Pan and gutkha stains inside. No linens or towels or toiletries were provided as against what they are claiming in their property policy. Staff needs a lot of training pertaining to their presentation point of view. They need to be taught how not to talk to their guests, especially when they are working in hospitality industry. I chose this property because of it's location, otherwise it is never to go back kind of experience for me.

super bad hostel. even not cleared. The washroom is super dirty and looks like you are in hell.
