Reception and room allocation - Concerned person not available at reception and the other person allocated a uncleaned room. After the concerned person came, the appropriate room was allocated. The staffing seems at minimal which has an impact on the service. Room - The room is good and the facilities provided are very good - like premium hotels. Washroom - Absence of tap under the shower is a miss. Food - Breakfast is good. Buffet dinner - Average. No buffet on Sunday. While you can order food, the quality of the veg dish was not up to the mark. The only positive in the restaurant is the staff are very cooperative and give good service.

Its very worst experience to stay at Spree Hotel Aurangabad. Staff is not at all courteous and friendly. One very imp issue is they dont have taps and buckets in washrooms so not at all easy for childrens or kids Only showers were there. Tea, food so costly. Tea is 80 Rs with zero quality. As well they are asking for children ids also if not produced asking for additional amount of Rs. 1500/-. As well rooms were not at all ventilated and hotel is so noisy in nights too. No soundproofing for rooms. Tea is not available in early morning they said it will be available only after 7:15 am. Very bad service.

Hotel is not recommended for anyone. charges are very high but hotel rooms are not suitable, food was good, but staff is not caring. staff is not even bothering whether customer table is having water and tissue paper or not. reception staff in morning was very confused, we had asked him to send someone to our room for luggage transfer he assured us that it will be get done still after 45 min again we need to wait and remind him for the same.

The room interior is good but things are not managed properly. floors are dirty, we had to ask for a water bottle, had to remind housekeeping a couple of times to get the things done. Average experience as it's not worth the money they are charging. it is okay, outside the city so a private vehicle is mandatory.. Romm service food options are good but seems costly. Though they mentioned the bed is king size but I found it small (queen size)

Good hotel. very clean and well equipped. Easy check in. Helpful and polite staff. Food is also tasty and reasonable cost. But location is far away from city and airport. But the hotel does not have airport transfer facility. They have an outside vendor who charges more than booking ,like cabs are available at half price. Some issues need to be improved like dental kit should be provided which was not found.Over all good experience.

Good Stay- If you wish to have a quick visit to Aurangabad, but not staying withing city limits is fine with you(esp if u need to avoid traffic) this is a best option. Connected well to the important visting sites (Bibi Ka Makbara is 20 mins, Grishneshwar and Ajanta 40 Min drive). The hotel is clean and well maintained. Spacious Rooms! Recommeded!

I have stayed here for couple of days. Excellent Hospitality, Wonderful Accommodation, Very Good and Neatly Maintained Rooms. Staff were also very polite and helpful. All and all excellent stay. For sure I recommend this place for any one to stay.

Great place to stay . Nice room good location for business travellers. Nice restaurant. All well supported by dedicated staff close to MIDC do you save travelling time and devote more hours to your business activities.

Value for money, If you can willing to compromise on location then you can blindly book it. We had included breakfast and it was delicious with variety of options. Rooms are spacious with brand new furniture.

Good location outside Aurangabad at highway, good for going straight to Grishneshwar temple and Elora. New hotel, rooms are good, staff are very co-operative. We had a pleasant stay with family.

Hotel is comfortable but needs to be more user friendly towards Senior citizens. Pl provide in bathroom under shower a hand hold and stool 18 inch size to avoid slipping.
