The hotel does not clean the washrooms or the room dustbins due to which the washroom smells terrible. I changed the room I was allotted due to washroom smell and the other room too had the same smell when I saw the bin it had an open sanitary napkin there. The room floors were dirty which means the floor had not been swept. Overall my experience was bad and to top it all the reception number was not working neither was the housekeeping taking the calls.

Over all the infrastructure is nice and cozy, food is tasty.. The person on the reception was arrogant and unprofessional. By 1 year old kid spilled tge tea on the bedsheet and tge stain could easily be removed , however the receptionist made a rucus out of it and made us pay for the bedsheet and didn't even bothered to give receipt for it.. Have never seen such behavior in any of the reputed hotels in life.

For the price which I paid , everything including amenities, service and food was good but I was quite not happy with the room provided to me.It was a cosy room but dark as no windows present,no natural sunlight, as shown in the pictures.I felt like for the day i was cut out from outside world..So I was just not happy with the room..Privacy & Safe feeling

It's a good Hotel. I stayed there in room no. 203. It was neat, clean and bed was properly set. Toilet and Bathroom was properly clean. Hotel provided One Water bottle, Cattle for hot water and Tea/coffee packing in the room. In total, it is a right place to stay in mugal Sarai and varanasi.

we have booked room with breakfast and room with sitting chair and electric cattle.but only one chair one towel was there.while there should be two chairs and two towels.there was no tub and mug in washroom.we two people were in room.flush was also not working properly

pros: Nice location, Neat and clean, tasty food, polite and helpful staff. Cons: Tooth kit, shaving kit not available in room, may be it's on request basis Near to DDU railway station, easily approachable. hassle free check in at 01:00 Am midnight.

i opted for the room with sitting and dining area, the room which is allotted to us does not have dining area. moreover, the staff denied to give the bigger room which we have already paid for.
