Person who is in reception was not listening to what customer is asking. When i asked for additional bed, he outrightly said no room available. After raising a complaint with goibibo customer support (through call) the issue got resolved. Since i booked this hotel for my in laws it was kind of additional pressure when the hotel denied room.

*** service and a foul mouthed receptionist. Got me stranded at 1am in the night as these guys didn't update the room status, hence the room I asked for was not available and were not willing to upgrade it to the next room available. And too costly with almost negligible value for money. Other hotels nearby are better.

TV, AC, Lights all are in good working condition. Hot water not available due to summer season. Restaurant available at ground floor. Tea shop available outside. Room size is compact but good. Very near to Central bus stand. Nice location. overall good experience.

I stayed hotel steel one day room was not professional . Hotel employees gyes Sat on steps and smooking . Bathroom was not clean. Their employees room service is very worst they did give not even water on time.

over all good experience with this hotel. people friendly service. decent veg restaurants attached. hotel back side bar attached where you can get the non veg foods. Worth for money. Go with that.

room is very small in size ,not worth for money.staff behaviour is very poor and it does not have any parking facility and I parked my car on the road

The only good thing about this hotel is that it is located next to the Central Bus Stand and close to the railway station. The rooms were very shabby.

Though it is a very small room, the amount they charged was reasonable. You can stay a day or two. Food is OK. Very near to Central Bus Stand.
