This hotel exceeded expectations. Approach roads are a bit narrow but excellent parking even for large cars. 5 minute walking distance to Ashram. Clean and spacious AC room; even all ceiling fans in the hotel were spic and span. Bathroom had shower glass partition, excellent water pressure, good quality towels. Mattress and pillows and comforter were all very comfortable. High speed wifi. Complimentary Breakfast was made to order, hot and quick, reasonably good variety, fruit bowl too and strong coffee; coconut chutney with peanuts was delicious indeed. Only deficiency was lack of hairdryer and the number of electrical sockets in the room to charge devices. No view from room window as such. They have an Italian terrace restaurant too that we did not try, menu looked rather expensive. Staff were all polite and helpful. Good value for the price.

I have been visiting Puttaparthy since 1993, so I have stayed basically in most of the hotels in that city cause we never could land a room inside the ashram. Sree Parthi is my most favourite stay there. it's a 25 year old building renovated brilliantly. I did not find any negatives of this place. I was visiting with my family with kids, and didn't repent choosing Sree Parthi for our stay. Parking ✅ Spacious Rooms ✅ Fridge ✅ Hygenic and Home like Food - ✅ Hot Water ✅ Kettle ✅ TV ✅ AC ✅

We stayed in this hotel for couple of days. Pros 1. Rooms are very neat and spacious enough for a small family. 2. Bathrooms, common areas, dining hall, lift are very cleanly maintained. 3. Food is amazing, its has less masalas, salts, oil etc. But the taste is mesmerizing. 4. Font desk is responsive to all queries. 5. Ample amount of parking space. 6. Walkable distance to Mandir, market etc. Cons 1. Approach road is narrow.

There is no professionalism in the upkeep of requirements. The washroom is not maintained properly and TV in the room not working for the first day (they charged it later after my asking. Initially they gave me a small room with one chair only and after my protest, a bigger room was allocated. Even toilet was not cleaned properly. One should visit the hotel personally and then pay accordingly. Not a happy experience .

Very clean and well maintained hotel. All the staff were always ready to make our stay comfortable. Restaurant is clean and hygienic food. Walking distance from Ashram and you'll be amongst devotees from all around the world. Market and eating places are very near. Hotel staff helped to find transport for sightseeing as well as travel to Bangalore airport. A comfortable and pleasing experience.

Very very clean hotel. Located at close proximity to Prashtinilayam and bazar. Good accessibility. Complimentary breakfast is tasty, and also their inhouse restaurant serves tasty north indian and Italian foods. Highly recommended for family stay safe, clean, good location and courteous staff

The best hotel near Prashanthinilayam. Very good rooms and nice staff behaviour. Good car parking space. Well maintained hotel interiors, room, and bathroom. Not on the main road but 3 minutes walk from the prashanthinilayam Main Gopuram. Good staff behaviour. Not crowded.

the place was immaculately neat and clean, staff very polite and helpful. Breakfast - fresh and hot - made to order. Best to leave vehicle at the hotel and walk around as most important locations can be reached within few minutes by walk.

Had a very good stay. Hotel room was very clean and maintained impeccably. Staffs were also very courteous. Has a good parking space. Only shortcoming is the approach road is narrow. Other than that 5 stars for the hotel
