When my cousin came to Hyderabad for an interview and brought their baby to this hotel, after showing the ID proof of both of them, after taking the ID proof in xerox, after making a room alert, they called and asked that both of your names are not the same, sir, before giving the room, you should check if I come with someone, their family name is mine? I am staying at this hotel for the fourth time. I will not come to this hotel from now on. I will not suggest it to anyone else.

We had booked 2 rooms but at the check-in in we got only one room, as representative comment to provide 2nd room at next morning but still they find provide. And services are very poor. Staff was needs always TIP when he providing room service

hotel was not at location,, please don't book this hotel,, i have suffered in the middle of the night. i had to cancel the hotel and book another hotel.
