First of all, this is not a 4-star hotel. This is below 2-star hotel. I regard my bookings. Somehow I manage 4nights. Rooms- I have booked for Delux with kitchenate but there are no kitchenate items available. The room is good for sleep. But blackout curtains are not good. Careful couples. Washroom- Terrible washroom I have never seen this kind of washroom Drainage system is opposite toward entrance and jammed. I have mentioned pic below. Services- Totally horrible. I have so many ask for water and they do not care about my concern. The main Entrance door is completely jammed and its lock not working somehow I managed. Even when I asked them to repair this they did not do that. Actually, I am looking for the manager of this hotel. And I want to talk personally with him. I understand this is a new hotel but if you are not able to provide all the services then should close this hotel. The manager should refund my money for this horrible stay. I recommend please do not book this hotel for a stay. Couples are very careful.

I recently stayed at Starlit suites hotel for a business trip. My room was clean and well maintained. The linens were fresh. Rooms equipped with a microwave oven and Refrigerator. The Staffs were incredibly friendly and accomodating.They helped me a lot in language issues. Managerial staff went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met. The hotel's restaurant offered a diverse menu with delicious options for breakfast and dinner. I also appreciated the room service, which was prompt and efficient. While the hotel was on the pricier side, I felt that the overall experience and amenities justified the cost. Overall my experience was fantastic. Excellent service, comfortable accommodations and great amenities made our stay unforgettable.

Overall, the experience was excellent. The hotel staff were courteous and very helpful. The room was nice, and every Bengali dish we ordered was delicious. Although they don’t have a formal menu, the kitchen staff will inform you of all available dishes. The quality of the Chinese cuisine, however, could have been better. If you're looking for a hotel with a calm, uncrowded atmosphere, this is a great choice.

The most bad experience I have ever had, I don't recommend it to anyone especially those who are on business trips, food quality is pathetic, buffet doesn't have choices, 3rd class cheap dishes like you are having food road side rehri no packaged drinking water The food quality n buffet menu is not worth it bathroom water drains/ floor slope are not proper

It was a good stay. Spacious room (deluxe suite) with kitchen sink, refrigerator and an oven. But in room dining was not up to the mark, many items were not available. They didn't provide me with a complementary upgrade of lunch/dinner.
