it was the worst experience i've faced in my life in hotel booking , i've booked the hotel for date 26th sep 2024 , and made the entire payment on 22nd sep 2024 for the booking , on the day of check in they refused us to check'in saying that they are sold out and asking me to cancel rhe booking, this has happend with many customers in the hotel when i questioned about it with the hotel cleaning people, they told us that someone has faced the same issue a day before, and was arguing with the hotel management for the same ... such non professionalism is there in this hotel... will never recommend it to anybody , despite the rooms are good, but the question is will you be allowed to enter ? because they consider the booking on their will and they allot the booked rooms to someone else if they are payed more.

I went to Hotel Stepstones, I liked this hotel a lot, the hotel was quite big and the room size is also quite big and 24×7 service is available here and there is gym + banquets + conference full + top roof breakfast buffet of 18 items South Indian + India + continental + live counter also and the services here are amazing and super fast and the staff here is also very good and the food taste is amazing 😍🤩 The hotel ambiance just looks like a wow and beautiful ❤️ The morning and night staff is also very good Mr. Yash and Mr. Himanshu are very good guys, they are very nice people and have family people.

The stay was absolutely great without hassles. location is good, Rooms are neat and tidy. They have Smart TV's so you do not have boundaries limited to cable TV. Washrooms have all the amenities. Hotel staff is friendly. The only drawback is you need to pay 250 ₹extra for safe parking which is a hefty amount.

My experience was really good. Clea. rooms, Great service, 24*7 Operational Restaurant. My check-ins are usually super late. At Stepstones, I didn't had to worry about those timings at all. They were super accomodative for everything.An amazing experience for me
