The stay in the room, food and amenities were more than expected. The only downside was the bathtub placed adjacent to the bed with a river view was emanating a foul odour throughout which was disgusting albeit it was amazing to take a dip in it The river flowing behind the property was awesome and our entire family loved taking a dip in it apart from sitting besides the river

3 sterling was good. property was new but the following changes cannbe made: 1. more vegetarian dishes to be included in menu for dinein and room service. 2. hand shower can be fixed above the tap for bath. 3. in case of early check out guest, hotel can customize the breakfast timings and option instead of timing specific restrictions.

absolutely fantastic stay, would like to thank team sterling resort athirapally for making my stay memorable. room was big and had a fanatic view of the river, staff is very good starting from check in to service staff everyone was courteous. will highly recommend this hotel. PS : waterfall is visible from the terrace.

Room tariff is high expected more property space with this tariff,not recommended for couples having kids.stay was nice and highly recommending for couples for enjoying the beauty of Athirapally falls and the climate.neatly maintained with high standard and good friendly staffs and delicious food .

really enjoyed the river view, good hospitality, kids and adults can enjoy. need to add more swimming pool bench so many ppl can sit and enjoy. pool water was well maintained and clean
