Hotel is situated at bridge view estate which includes three hotels bridge view regency, premium and the legacy. All the three hotels have same lift which connects them to the mall road lift. You have to call the hotel for luggage pick up as the luggage is not allowed in their hotel lift. The legacy is newly renovated/ constructed property with stunning city view from common areas. Super deluxe rooms which are on top floor are best option, Other category rooms are not that good, small in size with less roof height. Overall a good property on mall road with delicious food, cooperative staff.

Apart from entry everything is great. Staff was very nice, room was very clean, view from hotel is awesome too. The guy on reception was kind enough to upgrade us to deluxe. Great experience. Will stay again.Nice view.
