Galti se bhi book na krna. Trust me. Don't ever book this hotel. You will regret. If you have some emergency then only stay here and that too not more than 500₹ per night. They are not more worth than this. The manager and staff here are super dumb. They lost our IDs and after repeated followups they sent our IDs after 10days. Such a horrible experience. Galti se bhi book na krna doston.Bht hi moron manager hai hotel ka. Ghatiya badbudaar room or ghatiya khana... plus ghatiya manager diwan singh. Maha moron aadmi.Ek to bht elevated jagah pe hai... lake tak aana jana bht mushkil hai. Lake view k naam pe thagte hain logon ko. Never book this hotel plz. 500₹ se jyada ki aukat nhi hai is hotel ki. Baaki aapki marzi.

my recent stay at this property was far from satisfactory. one major issue was that all their contact numbers were unavailable, making it incredibly difficult to locate the property. we couldn’t reach anyone at the hotel for assistance, which caused unnecessary stress and delays.upon arrival, the situation didn’t improve. the rooms were not up to the mark in terms of cleanliness and amenities. basic standards of maintenance and hygiene were lacking, leaving us quite disappointed.overall, the lack of communication and subpar room conditions made this a very unpleasant experience. i would not recommend this property unless they make significant improvements.

Right next to the Naini lake, this property has a wonderful lake view which you can enjoy from the balcony, which was also in our budget. As other properties with the same view charges alot as compared to this one. The hospitality was amazing, room was big enough and had clean washroom. The food served was fresh and hot with amazing taste. Would definitely recommend this property to anyone whose going to visit Nainital.

Amazing Lake view can be seen from the balcony, staff was very helpful and guided us to the property very well. Rooms were spacious and beds were comfortable. Cleanliness was maintained as well. Food served was very delicious and amenities provided were excellent. Overall if you are looking for a nice budget friendly property with amazing view then this is the one.

booked hotel kept on calling from 2 hours no response i am not able to reach hotel and there is no communication i also made all the payment i am not staying refund my money

Awesome service and superb view. We particularly loved the view from our balcony. It is a basic place but the view is just out of the world.

Pathetic stay. We were denied for a Stay, then we booked for 8 people, they had space for 7. No drinking water given,no soap, one towel.

View is great and lake can be seen from balcony. Room wise spacious and homely feel in the BNB. Mall road and market is nearby too.

Peaceful location next to lake. Stay was great and views were great from the rooms. Will be back for sure! Pet friendly too!
