Stay experience Perfect place to stay near calangute area. Im speaking fir several reasons First thing people from Top place of their management till the smallest person of their management does their duties with utmost responsibility. Secondly My experience with my daughter who is quite young just three years. Babies food is a tough thing in travelling. U need to customize the available food to make it palatable. For that u need help from housekeeping and other hotel management staff. This roke was also very well played by them. Third as everyone said its location which is so good that anything I want to purchase is available within hundred meters. Be it a good food, car rental, car parking, pubs, grocery, rain coat,. Many more things. Alon with that the nearness to one of most visited beach calngute beach.

Excellent location and very good appartment. appartment is very clean n have all the facilities like wifi, fridge, AC, Sofa set , small dining table. it's like staying at home. Staff was very friendly n helpful. Host Deana made sure we were comfortable and was very helpful for any information needed. Rooms were very clean n neat. Very cozy place. I would strongly recommend for family and friends. Beach is 5 mins walking distance, lot of restaurants near the hotel. We will definitely visit Sulcar Holiday Home.

I had a very pleasant stay at Sulcar Homes in Calangute, Goa. The place is 5 mins walk to Calangute beach. Rooms are clean and tidy. The place is spacious. It's located right at the heart of the main shopping area in Calangute.They have a caretaker on the premises who takes care of everything you need from day trips or any issues in the room. The owner Deana is also very responsive and helps with anything you need. Overall for the price being paid, this is a very good place to stay in Calangute beach.

This awesome holiday home is located right next to the calangute beach not more than 100 meters away, Deana our host is an amazing lady and she constantly checked on us if we were having a comfortable stay, the staff were very helpful and polite, if you are planning a trip to North Goa, and wanted to stay near the main beach, i would highly recommend this place.Whenever I will be traveling back to Goa, this will be my go to place for the stay.

We stayed at Sulcar Holiday Home from 10-15 August, 2024. It was indeed a nice stay for 5 days. Calangute Beach is exactly at a walking distance of 10 minutes. Everything is easily accessible from this location. Coming to room, it is a 1 BHK spacious apartment having all the amenities. Moreover it is a budget friendly stay in Goa. So in every aspect, it is one of the best stays I ever had and we enjoyed thoroughly.

Rooms are one bhk apartment and unnecessary space of kitchen, dining hall and drawing room. Bed, bedsheets, towels are very old, room lock open -close is very difficult. No front desk manager, only one service boy is managing all the things, but his maximum time spent in the market. Behaviour of the boy is very good. I am not suggesting any other guests for booking. This may be last choice for me.

overall happy with the stay. Price was it's far better than many other hotels in baga and calunguta. Receptionist was user friendly. He will help you in all your needs. owner was super friendly. we booked for 2 days and extended for 5 days.
