Brief one : One of our friends suggested this and we book, After reaching, we were given early check-in as requested. Property was well maintaned, clean and cosy and vibes was cheerful. All the staffs and specially the guys helping with housekeeping and snacks were very humble and helpful again. We had Camel Safari included and opted for paid Jeep Safari seperately after reaching there as we didn't wanted to miss it. It's a good experience for anyone thinking to do it for first time. After beautiful sunset at sand dunes, we are welcome back to resort with Dhol, Aarti and welcome drink followed by evening tea and good snacks and Rajasthani culture song and dance program. Special Mention - Desk staff helped us with lunch as we did a early check-in whearin they provided us vehicle ride to a nearby restaurant and back. One of the staff even said that we can have staff lunch if needed. 🥺 that was so sweet.. highly recommended

We were confused to book which camp, as there are lots of camp. We choosed sultan stay, please dont go with negative reviews. Bcz our stay was too good, proper swiss tents, AC working, lovely food, the hospitality was best. The staff was too good, dint expected to get such great service at camp side. Please book sultan without hesitation, its safe, clean and friendly staff. Pros : AC, Food was tasty, Clean rooms, hot water, Good beds and given extra blankets, tea n snacks was yummy. Good for couples and family too. Jeep safari 1000/- driver are good and helpful. we thought sultan reviews are less so skip it over oasis. But then oasis call support executive was too much calling us every 2 3 hrs. and he was ready to give us stay at any cost we say. So we decide not to go with oasis, as if someone calls you multiple times even after saying no. Means you should avoid that place to visit.

Sultan Resort is the best desert Resort in Jaisalmer. The entire staff was very helpful. We reached Sultan Resort in the evening. that we reached on time to see the sunset and also enjoy camel safari. The tents were very clean and so was the washroom. As we visited the Resort in winter the weather was very cold but the staff provided us with thick extra blankets to make us feel warm and comfortable. The food was excellent. They provided us great entertainment of music and dance along with bonfire. So I am very sure that whenever I will go to Jaisalmer, I will always stay in Sultan Resort. Thank you Sultan Resort for you great hospitality and excellent customer service.

One of the best resort I have visited till now. The receptionists were really helpful and friendly. Great staff who knew how to serve the customer. The room was well equipped and the service was excellent. As soon as you come out of the resort, . It felt like a very clean and clear sand, a very good place to relax and chill. The scenery was beautiful and it was a relieve to walk in such a quiet and peaceful environment. The view of the sunset from that point was mesmerizing. I must say the location of the resort is at best place of Desert Area.

We had a wonderful stay at Sultan Resort. These camps are luxurious and if you are with family and need a comfortable stay at tents , this is go to place . There was minimal cold that we could feel within tents. It is equipped with all facilities and even with a heater Breakfast , evening snacks and Dinner are complimentary and they organise traditional shows in the evening. The shows are managed on time from 7-10 pm Food is descent and non spicy. We did not have have any issues with our kid and she was comfortable !!

The best place in Jaisalmer I would say! I totally recommend this place and bet you won't be disappointed. Absolutely professional, very polite staff, super delicious food and great stay. Amazing Cultural Program, The camel safari was during the sunset and it was the most beautiful sunset ever..in the dunes! From the manager, to the chefs and kitchen staff to the housekeeping staff everyone were extremely polite and welcoming. I am never looking for another place ever on Jaisalmer whenever I go to visit there next.

Stayed at Sultan Resort for the One time and loved the Outstanding service done by the entire staff especially Mr Buta Ram and Jamal Bhai. nice activities offered and very comfortable tents and best of all are the cultural performances done In evening, team’s that they take us for Jeep Safari is amazing where we are given the aww chance to see the sunsets on dunes, recommend everyone to come and have their visit at this fantastic Palace, Highly Recommended,,

Excellent experience with very good service. Hospitality is beyond words. Must visit. Food served was excellent, and the cultural program was enjoyable. Manager Mr. Buta Ram, Yusuf and service boy Dalu Ali(Hope I'm naming them correctly) were always eager to help. Camel and Jeep safari were excellent too. The feeling of home which the hosts delivered, they always were eager to help us.

it is a perfect destination to start moving in sand dunes of jaisalmer. They have everythins a tourister needs like fluent and decent staff for english comunication, a luxuries place for stay, varieted food, laxuries jeep safary and desert ship camel for ride in desert which i enjoyed a lot. Thanks u so much for giving a lot of fun of desert and the golden city of jaisalmer.

Stay is very good. Sultan's team is very good. Night event is must to watch. They provide jeep for safari ride and camel ride. I read review that they took mobile phone and put the reviews but this is wrong. They don't ask for any mobile from any customer. The staff is very polite and kind.

Cottage was good and neat. Kettle, AC, Hot water were available. Limited items in buffet but it was good. Hotel Manager was good. Jeep and Camel safari were good.
