The property is as good looking as, you see on the website gallery which is excellent. Staff were ready to serve with a smile 24x7. Lot of quality stuff are required for activities and facilities to call it a Resort. The existing ones are either of low quality or not of adequate range.(less) when we reached at hotel 11.45pm .kitchen time is closed at 10pm .but kitchen staff waiting for our family they served hot food late night.we would like to this managment.

It would be fine to stay over there. Hotel is good and stay was totally perfect there. Hotel is value for money. All the facilities provided by the hotel are very much comfortable there. Service was fine over there. Nice amenities was provided by the hotel people there. Hotel is very neat and clean.

Our stay in this hotel was very comfortable. We got very smooth and quick check in. Receptionist were very cordial and they gave us a warm well come. And service is very pleasant. Rooms neat and clean. Overall there was nothing that could rate this property down, everything was well managed.

Its a good place to stay in Kasauni with good view of Himalayas. Location is very nice with ample parking space. There is a nice lawn with good playing area for kids. Food was awesome too. Overall an excellent peace to stay in Kasauni.

superb food great hospitality & very cooperative staff. one thing if you ask any info from reception regarding nearby places to visit they will start ignoring or react like please dont disturb us by asking such stuff.

Excellent management. You will not have to ask twice for anything . Head chef comes to ask you for your choice of food even in fixed buffet meal . Senior Manger is highly involved in every activities.
