I booked this hotel. Arrived around 12am at night. The hotel staff did not open the gate. I struggled for 2 hours before I could find another hotel. My earlier experience with this hotel is also pathetic. The staff is really very lazy.

The hotel is very well located. The ambiance is great. One can take a walk in the pine forest at the back. Food and service was also very good. The rooms are well lit and clean. It is excellent for the value of money

Our stay at hotel was pleasant. The staff was humble and helpful though I feel there is still scope for improvement in services. I definitely recommend this hotel. The peaceful environment is a bliss.

It was my second stay at sumeru . It's excellent resort surrounded by lush green trees. Room size is very comfortable, food was awesome, hospitality by staff also appreciable.

Awesome location with scenic beauty. Tasty food. Cooperative staff. Got best tariff from Goibibo. Definitely would love to come back in the same hotel.
