It's 10 on 10. I would totally recommend staying here!!!1. The property is beautiful, clean and well-maintained.2. There staff is polite, attentive, prompt and has amazing hospitality. A special shout-out to the GM of this property he is very sweet and humble, and he took really good care of us during our 4-day stay here.3. The room is luxurious and the property is 10 minutes away from the mall road. 4. We even took a sightseeing package from the hotel counter itself for 4 days tour of Manali and it was a good experience. The lady on the counter "Disha" is very nice.5. Last but not the least food here is good too. We had a complimentary breakfast here for 4 days and the buffet was good. We even had our dinner here thrice and the taste was good.I only have one suggestion - Please add more breakfast options to the menu. Otherwise the taste and quality of the food are really good.

we stayed in this hotel for three days, 2nd week, March 2023. Below posting our experience about this hotel: 1. Brand new property, Neet and CLEAN rooms. 2. Comfortable bed. 3. Excellent interior wooden decoration 4. Best part: GOT water supply 24 hrs; Room Heater/AC available @24 hrs. 5. Limited options in Morning breakfast buffet. 6. only issue: the POOR Road condition from (Beas Bridge NH-3 ~4 kms) is very bad. road is broken, bumpy and dusty. we would LOVE to come again at this property if road condition gets improved in near future.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had Breakfast. Food was yummy and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable.Veiw from Balcony is breathtaking.There is Play area for kids. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

It was an excellent experience. The food was very good and the room service staff was very good. The location is very appropriate and the swimming pool facility is an excellent addition to the stay. Rooms are very good and washroom are very neat and clean. The whole property is very well built. My child enjoyed the play room facility alot. Two improvements or suggestions. The morning buffet is good but the hotel can have more options in the buffet and reception staff can be more welcoming and professional.

it was excellent staying ... Room was excellent, the only problem I got in the room that I got road facing balcony n I booked this premium with balcony for the valley view... breakfast was good but they could've increase the variety... actually bored with same stuff all three days but Mr Negi served us well. overall food(veg )was excellent. staff were very helping. I recommend this hotel, infact my friend booked this hotel after my recommendation.

it is a beautiful property with amazing view.. good place to spen your vacation with family, friends or couples..their foor quality is also very good. staff is very helpful.. overall it is an amazing experience and stay in this property...and would love to stay again and again.
