Period of stay: August 13-August15'2016. The deluxe Room with AC we paid for was below average. There were centipedes crawling in the bathroom. The air conditioning did not work. The toilet did not flush. The room smelled of dampness. There was no drinking water. Even after repeated complaints, nobody bothered to even check. After complaining thrice, we gave up. On 14th night there was a brawl amongst the hotel stuff where they broke window and cabin glasses in the cafe in front of the customers. The food was good and the location is excellent but will I stay here again? NO!

As A Restaurent its a perfect place in pushkar to dine.. Awesome Everything Served very well Here... ....But if you are using its Hotel Service....you will be disappointed. No Room service, No Telephone in Room....if you need something in your room just go to restaurent and bring for yourself...even a cup of tea in morning....ambience is very good but what the use of ambience when you not served well in room...Just Visit as a EAT AND GO.....Stay will be a Bad memeory....

Hotel sunset cafe is the back portion of sunset restaurant at Pushkar,location of hotel is superb and when you want a hotel near pushkar lake it is a good choice but there is no amenities we found,room was very ordinary and even intercom facility was unavailable,no TV ,our room was bogus one,some superior rooms are available there it may be better option,we realized that location is superb but as far as concerned to room which was provided to us was very bad-thanks-SSS-

Location of t property is A class and veri convenient for stay ad leisure. the morning and sunset view from the hotel cafe is one hell of a experience that should not be missed. You have the all the facilities available here. only thing i bother was the room service are a bit slow though staff are good at behaviour no doubt. the market is also very near to it The crowd here gives good vibes. The property is full of nature. overall rating 4.5/5 none

room quality was average(wash room jet sprey WS nt working) and service quality was too poor... i asked for breakfast to bring at the room..thy declined and said u have to come in their restaurant ..and same in next room a Russian group were enjoying their breakfast thy were treating foreigner as a GOD.. ...Rest you can understand...GUYz.. yes this hotrl is located in the bank of pushker lake.. so that's was attractive thing for me

it's a great properly with best possible view in pushkar, the entire crowd pulls out at the hotels cafe post 6, must visit if going to pushkar and try the pancakes :) #goHotelTip take the rooms with AC while booking, these are the newly built rooms on the first floor much better quality and view and hardly any price difference, corridor seen in image above

We arrived in 4 PM. But the room was not ready till than. According to the quality and service of the room, there is a very costly hotel. Not a hotel, you can call it a guest house. AC was not working. We are four person, they gave me only one towel. There was not toilet accessories. Only staff was good but hotel was totally useless.

Totally recommend this hotel.Its locality is a gem, its right in front of sarovar. Also, the hotel's garden is lush green, with varieties of trees growing and 3 friendly german shepherds welcoming you. Overall the stay was awesome.
