I stayed here in April 2017 Week 2 with two of my friends. I highly recommend this place for its cleanliness, service quality & location : candolim beach right behind the hotel at a walk of 1 min, market right across the street. The staff was super good, special thanks to the guy at reception, he helped us book cab too and the cleaning lady was super courteous. Warm water was available 24/7 ; the room was spacious enough for 3 people. We did not face any challenge at all. The only suggestion is to have electric kettle in room so guests may have warm water if they need. Me & my friends being pure vegetarian did not like food anywhere in Candolim : first, its expensive second, anything & everything we ate (first 2 days) made us sick so we preferred bread, butter, jam and cup noodles for rest 3 days. Overall it was a very nice stay.

Good hotel, just at a distance of 2 min walk to Candolim beach and 1 min walk to Candolim main market street. Staff and hotel owner are friendly and do their best to make it a comfortable stay for their guests. There were minor issues, like Tata sky not working initially, but once reported, it was promptly resolved within few minutes by hotel. Also, hotel allowed us late checkout on last day at no extra cost, which was kind of a bonus for our already comfortable stay. Overall a memorable experience and complete value for money.

I would definitely recommend this hotel. +ves: 1) Neat and Clean 2) 300 meters from the lively beach 3) Good Veg food (specially paneer lababdaar) 4) Polite support staff -ves: 1) Food takes more time once you place the order. ---- The staff was really nice and polite. I found Mr. Anjum was a very helpful guy. I checked for a day's trip through him, which was costly for me. However, he suggested me a cheaper option thought he wasn't earning anything out of it.

Hotel staff was very supportive, specially Mr Nilesh. I was staying with my wife and two little daughters. Nilesh was very helpful, supportive and caring. WiFi was not great but overall excellent value for money. One of the very beautiful and peaceful Candolim Beach was at waking distance of 2 minutes. Breakfast was pretty good and different on all the days during my stay. Hotel staff keep up the good work. You are appreciated specially Mr Nilesh

The Hotel was awesome, its has huge rooms and we have pool side facing rooms. Rooms were very clean and have all amenities one can ask for. Hotel is very close to the beach. Staff was helpful (Bit on & off). But the most wonderful thing was we have stay there for days and everyday requested for new room and they agreed. Isn't its AWESOME. Overall the hotel worth every dime you spent. (They should have a kitchen)

I had booked sunset beach resort from 12th Dec'15 to 14th Dec'15 via goibio. This is a clean and friendly hotel with a small swimming pool tucked away from the crowd.Although in a nice position not far from the beach( 2 mins walking distance to candolim beach) and with in easy access to the main street.There is a Bistro at this hotel and it serves some nice dishes roasted home made .Best resort in candolim.

Nice resort. Clean rooms. decent and quiet location. Close to beach. Rooms were value for money. Swimming pool clean and functioning. Only thing that needs to improve is the cook who prepares breakfast. Idlis were hard, pooris were oily and hard, poha was also not to the mark. hope management considers this feedback positively.

We stayed for 3 nights, rooms were very clean and the service was very good. Very close to the beach. It is recently renovated and Very well maintained resort. I suggest this for people looking for budget hotel close to the Candolim beach.

Nice hotel to stay with family. Suits for economical stay. The hotel is currently under renovation. The breakfast buffet had limited options but good enough. Staffs were helpful.
