Overall: The hotel was fine. Room was nice enough. Washroom was good enough. Room had joint bathroom and washroom, shower, hand washing liquid, cupboard, one table, electric kettle, table lamp, bed. Bad things: Wifi was a big issue. I was not able to use wifi. For 3 days I couldn't use wifi, signal strength was zero. I tried to complaint about it but staff did not pick up the call. Another thing was that the water was leaking from AC in my room, also called for that but they didn't pick up the calls. They didn't provide any soap or so. Good things: The provided Bowl and dishes upon request when we ordered food from outside. They have high price for food from their side. Room service and cleaning were nice, cleaning was done everyday. They provided 1 liter water bottle everyday. It was okay experience, if they could have provided wifi better I would consider it big step up.

I will prefer don't choose such hotel for Booking.I have booked this hotel in my visit i found room was dirty ,service was very very poor.No dustbinNo towelsNo Basic KitNo New Bed sheetNo WaterNo Working ACNo Bathroom Cleaning.U have to pay for everything Additionally.Food was very expensive as per poor.Tea price is Rs. 80...U may attract the lowest price of hotel in approx 600-850 for night...but when u reach hotel u have to pay an additional amount up to Rs.2000 as per Hotel Reception and they will advice to claim the same from GOIBIBo as they have no actual room rents.

worst conditioned hotel. cleanness, staff service was very bad. they made us to change 3 rooms but all room condition was same. one room tv was not working, in one room sink problem and in another one there was blockage of washroom drainage. staying in their hotel was like we had nightmare for 2 days. not good for people who don't smoke because from every corner of room smoking smell comes. very bad hotel

A wonderfully developed and decorated place. I was amazed by their exterior look and their hospitality at first moment. The staff had a great skill to handle and serve the guests. Rooms were also the best one could find ever. Greenery was also maintained by them by installing artificial grass all around. I just loved this place and also the tariff was not that high.

What a great hotel this is. I really felt like home being here. The hospitality was so good that the staff was always available for the services 24*7. Rooms were also the best one could imagine. All the public transport were easily available from here. I explored the dandi march statue near to the hotel. A decent hotel in low budget for sure.
