Highly recommend !Ok this is the perfect room for family , couples inshort for everyone the room is clean and tidy hot water is main requirement in Ooty and it is provided in this room , the Hotel Bhaiya is too good and polite knows Hindi too and the view from the balcony is also tooo good inshort it's the perfect choice which also perfectly fit in budget It's family friendly the care taker too comes with his family so he knows how to maintain the hotel .

The hotel is nearto many attractions and have everything with a friendly hotel experience. Pros: 1. Cleanly Maintained 2. Friendly Staff. 3. Easy to reach 4. Heater 5. The caretaker lives with his family so we gets a family experience. Cons: 1.Shortage of Nearby resturents 2. Parking Facility is less. But we got ours arranged by the caretaker Nice ambience & Friendly Staff.

Nice stay, but hot water problem, located in the hill, by walk we can't reach, must go by vehicle or hire auto or taxi from bus stand or Railway station. view from pent house is awesome, washrooms is clean, overall room is neat & clean for couple it is good, for family not comfortable because of too small rooms. budget friendly

I booked for 3 days but feel like I should have not. Room Amenites is not excellent as per money charged but good and manageable only. N/A because toilet Amenites is not as per expectation. For everything, I have to call and ask reception.

The rooms are clean, 24 hours hot water. The staffs are always available if we need anything. No Restaurant facility but that's ok.. Only request is the cupboard was small and no shelves for it. But overall we had a good stay
