Whatever images we have seen about the Westin plaza does not belong to them. They uploaded somewhere elseSo many surprising things I have noticed 🤦🏻♂️😠1. No locks/keys for rooms 2. No cleaning for rooms.3. Bathroom cleaning is very worst4. No kitchen no food service 5. No sign board for direction to entry and reception.

I strongly not recommend this Hotel. Don't ever book this Hotel. I booked and payment done but at time of check in they denied, asking for extra money. No key for Room. If you go outside then your room is open. Provided used bedsheets. Hair on bed . Totally waste.

Worst,they took 30 mins to provide a room as they were telling that room is almost full,you need to wait And moreover they were insisting to do offline booking

the room was very unhygienic, and toilet was like they didn't clean for 1 year. very bad experience, but all staff behavior was very good.

This hotel change extra money.. When you bookedroom service are good... Rooms are unhygienic..bed cover and bed sheet also..
