worst experience with this hotel.Breakfast was included but staff was not at all interested to provide that.on day they asked that breakfast will provide in between 9 am to 9.30 am but nothing was given .after inquiring multiple times breakfast was provided at 11 am.on second day nothing was provided .besides this my room was AC room.on day 1 AC was working but second my room ac stopped working and staff said that AC are off centrally.i dont know why.these hotels service was also very poor.i will not recommend this to any one.thanks Harish

not good at all. as shown in amenities no WiFi available in my room, wash basin of bathroom was broken, TV is available but cable is not available. so it feels waste of time and my trip become horrible only because of this room. all three rooms were in same condition, can you imagine. it shows he gave the worst room of his hotel. very poor show, all covered above.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown. The best hotel I’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at. Gorgeous building, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. High quality rooms, and high quality service

Room was not cleaned. No lift. Bathroom had leakage. Breakfast is to late after 2 reminder also. worst room service, Even charged for drinking water also. Faced problem with Old age parents. They said they will charged if you want another hotel. They are not cooperative.

it's good hotel but one think Tv facilitie not available at any room. also you have 12 pm before check in so they charged extra money. not bad good for 1 to 2 day stay type room. lift not working there.

Goibibo showed me an option for with breakfast room. However, hotel person told me that there is no kitchen facilities in the hotel. My extra payment goes in vain.
