First of all, check in time was 12 PM and we reached around 4 PM. We were made to wait for 2 hours saying there's some issue with the room and it's getting fixed. After 2 hours we were given a room were the beds were seperate. After asking the manager, he informed that we will get the beds put together. Then the balcony walls had stains. Blanket had some kind of stains. Worst stay of my life.

Rooms are good hygiene, staffs cordinate only thing lift is not available. and normal water cooler is not available you need to buy mineral water. restriction to meet your friends or colleagues in hotel. for single person it's fine and reasonable.

Third claas hotel, dont book anyone....... last week i had staying there with family, uncolified staff, smelly rooms, beds, bedsheet, un hygine washrooms..... rudly staff behaviour, dont book....
