I recently booked this property, and I am absolutely furious with the experience. First of all, the location was completely inaccurate, and to make matters worse, there was no contact information available! The room was disgustingly unhygienic—dirty, with a bathroom that was an absolute mess. On top of that, old customer belongings were still lying around in the room! There wasn’t even a dustbin in sight! The location itself was a dump—third-rate at best.To top it all off, we were out at a party, and when we returned, the gate of the property was locked! And guess what? There was no way to contact the property owner! This is unacceptable.The assistance I received from Goibibo was equally poor—completely useless when I needed help.A refund is the least you should offer for such a terrible experience. I strongly advise anyone to stay far, far away from this property.
