Their services are good as they provide vut they are doing.. while i book online i get the booking but when i reach the property owner denied us to check-in .. They said no hotel is providing a/c room they said if u want to stay you have to pay a total amount of 1400. after that i call to support thet said please wait for 10-20 min we will call you ... we are standing outside of the property after that we check -in by paying them 550 more after 1hrs goibibo support call me and told me that when i check out from the hotel , h.management will give me an invoice and i have to sent the invoice to goibibo support for my refund ... but when im checking out i asked them for an invoice of 550 they denied it .when i told them its my right to ask u about the invoice they sai goibibo , oyo takes their 40-50 of the amount ... and they didn't get the sufficient money to pay their staff , electricity bill , water bill etc... Now the point is

overall a good place for people who travel alone and need a stay for a day or two. basic facilities - airconditioner, geyser, electric kettle, led TV available in the room. cost for a room is reasonably priced. washroom needs cleaning at the ceiling - lot of webs there. staff very helpful and owner advised me the portion of the food which saved money and avoided wastage of food. they serve halal non-veg they have a cloud kitchen. food was tasty - you can try their chicken biryani, price point is decent. tea lovers will enjoy the tea here. but during lunch they don't serve tea due to heavy work load, similarly you won't get tea before 8 am. Don't provide lot of toiletries. basic soap for washing hand and a towel. that's it. please pack your luggage accordingly. they have car parking space.

Horrible experience. I would not suggest any one to visit in this hotel, named royal pearl inn. This is the worst hotel I hv ever seen. the boy sitting in the reception this behavior is very bad and unprofessional he didn't allow us to check in. said the price is too low and asked for extra money (500_800) even though I booked for thousand rupees. he said if u can pay us the amount then we can provide u the room otherwise u can leave. some how we stayed there payed extra money. their service is terrible they took an hour to serve us tea. i would like to rate them 0/10. worst hotel ever.

worst Hotel... very Unprofessional behavior of the guy present at the reception. We reached the Hotel around 8pm..and hotel staff denied us check-in and asking for extra money....again we had to search for another hotel at that time... very very unprofessional hotel staff....

Poor room, dirty bathroom and rooms walls. Very dirty location with lots of mosquitos.. unprofessional customer service Everything. Not recommended for family.. we felt that we are staying at hourly cost in the hotel.

Don't book. not at all recommend. booking was done on lowest price but hotel authority denied checked in. they charged1200. my personal suggestions if you don't want Hassel then never book room.

Nice and polite staff. Clean hotel rooms but bathroom is small.Ac cooling was not adequate.I liked the hotel staff and the food was also homely and tasty panner masala was sweet not as desired
