The Manager of the hotel is very cooperative, tourist friendly and excellent human being. Apart from him other staffs are very much rude. The condition of room, bed sheet and pillow cover is horrible and not at all one percent hygienic. They often stop power supply to AC and water supply as well. The bedsheet and pillow cover are too much dirty with lot of patches . We could able to survive for two days only due to the support of Manager.

An amazing hotel that offers everything you could want for a luxury stay. The rooms are spacious and beautifully appointed with modern furnishings. The location is central, making it perfect for sightseeing. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the amenities, like the spa, were outstanding. Highly recommend.

it's very unhygienic and worst hotel since my 12 yrs in Goibibo....so dirty, worst bed, toilet is so much dirty .... overall full of waste.... Goibibo should erase this kind of extreme poor hotel....I will give 0 rating in all aspects to this hotel

When I entered the room there was no towel, no bathroom mat was there. There was no hanger as well and the AC was not working properly. Last but not the least the person who was in the reception area was very rude.

I was charged extra for the room booked apart from the online payment made. I was not satisfied with the hotel the pictures posted and the room allotted differs it was not up to the mark as posted
