The staff is cooperative. Breakfast options are limited but the food is okay. I liked the chai.As for the rooms, they can be better. I changed rooms 2 times because the shower tap and the toilet jet was not working properly. There was no sanitisation done before my eyes as Oyo claims. No housekeeping calls received in the 4 days that I stayed. The toiletries in washrooms have degraded in quality. Only 1 towel in provided. Also, there's no lift. So if you have luggage or are wary of climbing stairs, request for ground floor. I am giving 3 stars not for the staff but for the Oyo as a brand. It is pathetic honestly. If this is Townhall category, God knows what to expect from other Oyo hotels. Townhouse category is overrated, unkept and just below expectations for business travelers or even backpackers.I shifted to a hotel after 4 days and though it is slightly expensive, it is worth it.

the rooms were alright, nothing too fancy. the only concern i had was that the place was very noisy and even at 2 AM in the morning people going up and down the stairs was a huge hinderance to my sleep. if youre looking for a peaceful place, id not recommend but otherwise its a budget friendly option with a lot of eateries around... Also, nobody took our temprature and there were no covid forms like we were told we'd have to fill so that made me a little suspicious...

Great Hotel, but the bed could have been better with more sheets, There was only single thin sheet when we entered. But Wifi was good and I even extended my stay by 1 more day.

Poor service & linen was not clean water bottle was given only one that too half ltr for two people also no lift is there It was good in terms of checkin & stay

Great services. Though the hotel had some issue with power a couple of times. The best thing, they have 24*7 kitchen. Very comfortable and accommodating.

Stayed there for 3 days. First day the staff asked me to only use inhouse food menu. Was refused to order from outside. Which is very weird .
