we booked rooms at these cottages.Even though the property is okay we were dissapointed to see that they were accommodating us in cottages across the road which does not seem to be part of the hotel with no amenities attached. We had to pay extra to shift at the main hotel area. The breakfast is pathetic and staff is very impolite and shrude. The manager did not care if we wrote any review or not. There was no water on first day in the room and bathroom door knobs didn't work. Must say not to book here.

it was a nice stay but not provided water bottles which is the basic need of every customer. it's very disappointing. whenever i went and asked for a few things they clearly denied that they don't have. i personally felt they were giving privilege to those customers,who went directly from booking by any medium. they were providing water bottles to them but did not provide toilet kit & water bottles to me.

Overall the experience was good, the rooms were clean and neat, the staff was friendly and approachable. however there was no options available for food and breakfast. Every morning they were providing only one item, no seafood was available.
