the hotel is located near by park Street area well connected with main road . location wise very good, but one side of this hotel there is very dirty colony so if you are planning to explore around hotel by walk then don't go that side hotel staff was very supportive and helpful , and soft nature. I had veg food it was average, room was spacious . bathroom was also in good condition , wifi speed is very fast . AC was also working during my stay overall it was nice stay with townhouse oak kazar hotel but I request them to send hand written bill on my gmail account receptionist told me that he will send but still i didn't get my bill i will recommend this hotel to everyone definitely you will have great stay

I had booked a 4-night stay at Townhouse OAK Kzar. I was travelling alone with my 8 yrs old son. The room provided had some TV issues and the staff changed my room just so that my kid would watch tv at night. Rooms are clean n housekeeping kept my room ready at night when I came back tired. On the last day my kid fell sick. I had my train at 8 pm n I had to check out at 11 am as per the hotel rule. They let me spend almost 7 hrs in their AC lounge without any complaints. They helped me with the medical shop location in time. I will again thank the staff for their kind heart n service.

If the hotel staff order something very casual, it takes about an hour and if you order a water it will come to you in over half an hour. I stayed in that hotel with my friend for three days AC didn't work even after reporting it to the hotel authority I didn't get any response. It is written on the door of the hotel room that no outside food can be taken, but if you call and order food, the hotel authorities say that there will be no food, call and order from outside after 9:30 pm.

This is horrible and pathetic experience we have. Waited for 2 hr in the hotel reception to get the room as all they said rooms are under cleaning process. Then we got this 3rd grade hotel. They didn’t change the hotel room and we have to leave the property.

Hotel location is very good, it's walking distance 1.2km from park street metro. rooms are neat and clean & well sanitized, room service is very good. U can visit Dakhineswar temple by metro from here.

Review- stay was good. Room was neat and clean. We have asked for kettle and hotel have provided, breakfast was good . Restroom weas also cleaned. Staff was quite helpful. Overall experience was good

The room was not in a clean state, the blankets and bedsheets were not fresh and the cigarette smells. the offer was with breakfast but they took money for breakfast.TV was nothing and no bath items
