We need 3 days hotel but we have heard so many bad reviews so we have 1 booked first 1 day hotel booking just to see the experience and our experience was good we booked a standard room but the room had some issues so we had a complaint to reception so they have changed room and provided to exicutive room with the same charges then we have extended 2 more days ... and yes staff also was good and decent in behaviour... room was also good clean and spacious... if you have less budget and you want a good hotel, we are recommended to come to this hotel and stay...

service is so bad . kuch v mngao to bolte h aa rha h par aata nhi h. khatmal h bed par . balti washroom ki itni gandi h. blanket fta hue h towel fate huye h ac ka to controler hi uda h na to ac kam ho na jyada na bnad . or room ki key to dete hi nhi h apne pas hi rkhte h bahar jakr aaoge to firh hotel staff ko bulakar room open karwana pdega . very bed hotel

Poor services. They have provided the worst room with non-working TV, the washroom flush system was broken, Air conditioning system was not working, some of the room's lights were also not working. And when I complained they came with very lame excuses every time. Better avoid this hotel. Not at all value for money. Garbage.

it's just name only superb but facility is zero ..not room service is proper..early check in they got 1000 rupees extra ...not geyser working..phone is not workingi was book that hotel with goibibo rating but here actual situation is 100 percent different...so personally check reality

Decent Stay but they need to update their Lock System as their Keys are not working and everytime There has to take some with yourself from hotel staff to unlock the room Smooth Check in

Hotel location is good. We booked 2 family rooms and they were good and clean. Hot water from geyser was always available. All basic amenities were in working state.
