Centrally located and well maintained Resort with clean comfortable room. Beautiful view of the Mountain Range from premises of the Resort. Management and staff were helpful and prompt in their services specially the kitchen staff. Food items were very very tasty. Resort management may consider providing Room Heaters to overcome cold weather conditions. Best wishes to the Team of Hotel Surya Resort, Dalhousie.

We stayed 2 nights in Hotel Surya resort. A decent hotel with polite stuffs. The view from our room was awesome. Only thing is that due to tremendous cold we have to rent room hitter costs 300/- per night. They were providing hot water for drinking every time we asked. In bathroom also hot water was coming 24/7. About location, one need to walk 7-8 minutes upwards to reach mall.

oveall stay was nice. staff was helpful and great service provoded. room has good view and quiet. the bathroom hand shower was not the best and water pressure was low. the hotel is a little walking distance from gandhi chowk so it is not noisy outside.

Hotel under renovation. Location is good. Interiors need improvement. No carpet or tiles on room floor. Overall ok stay. For family stay was safe and ok.

The hotel is at a perfect location. The view of spring looks very good from here. Staff behavior was also very good. But breakfast was average.
