Hotel room price was affordable.It is near ooty bus stand. Nice view from balcony. Room's are good compared to the pricing. Blankets, beds and bathroom was good. only issue is with hot water. Didn't get hot water in the morning and water geyser was not working properly. Restaurant is not there inside the hotel. it's hotel with only basic amenities so you can definitely choose it if you don't want anything fancy and extra and want to stay for rest purpose only with affordable price.

The stay was horrible. There is no proper cleaning. Wardrobe upside, wall fan, sofa are full of dust. I reached there the room was not ready at 3.30pm. Room got at 6.00 pm. But they ask me to checkout at 11am tomorrow morning. Can not sleep at there because the room was horrible condition with full of dust.

Hotel is good and clean, propertier was a good person. But one thing I have to clarify, I booked double deluxe room, but I got like a normal deluxe room. I can't accept it, why they give me a small room. Anyways, I accepted and stayed in that small room. Silent and neat

Room's are okay, But the hotel and the surrounding area are narrow. No proper parking space, need to park the road side. In Bathroom we didn't get a single stand to keep soap and shampoo(note: they do not provide any towels or soaps)

1.5 kms away from Ooty bus stand. Amazing service Breakfast is good nice behaviour of the staff and management. They allowed me to check in early as rooms were available. very co operative staff. Rooms are clean

There was no room service. I stayed here for 2 nights but no one came in for cleaning the room. Also room isn't that spacious and hardly can fit one bed.
