4 star given because of location. it's Bang on the beach. calm and beautiful place. empty beach just behind the hotel. but Hotel don't have many facilities, in delux room AC don't work properly, no kitchen in hotel so just for sake of a cup of tea you have to go out and travel till Miramar beach. no food option available. sometime it's difficult specially when u r travelling with kid. price is bit high as compared to the facilities. delux room which they are charging 3k not worth it. thankfully tv and fan work. lots of parking space is there. in delux room they shown bathtub but it's not there. please bring up some facilities, like kitchen, breakfast proper service. other property is good, cleanliness is also good. there is one or any restaurant is there, although it's not the part of hotel but you can go and enjoy food, hookah and environment, swimming pool is also clean and well maintained l. beach view is awesome from second floor balconies.

The best part of this resort is its located in best location Panjim where u will find lot of good eat outs . 10mins drive from Panjim bus stop. it is right in front of beach so u ll have a beautiful view.. although u won't be able to play in the beach waters as it's not clean enough.. but u can take a morning/evening stoll.. Cons of this hotel is they don't serve breakfast , they have a Percian restaurant which is super expensive.. there is a udupi hotel on the way to Dona Paula which is 5mins drive from hotel.. there are good restaurant near Dona paula. overall good experience..

My stay at Swimwear Beach Resort in Goa was exceptional. The friendly staff made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The spacious and stylish room provided stunning ocean views from the private balcony. The beach access was convenient. The pool was a refreshing retreat with complimentary chairs and umbrellas, and the on-site restaurant offered delicious cuisine. The attentive staff ensured a memorable and enjoyable stay.

Hotel & Its Location is very Good, Room ambience is also very nice, Beach view is very good , you can spend quality time with your loved once , Reception staff is very Polite & Cooperative, for food you have to order it from outside, Hotel restaurant is very expensive Overall A very good experience

Service is very good.Parking also available.The place is very silent and good for family. But the area is south and there is not much entertainment in the particular area.we need to stay near Calligute or Baga to enjoy the crowd and features. The hotel is good . It's good for the family.

resort is on the way to raj bhawan..backside of resort is having sea view..nice place.ajnuna beach baga beach etc are 15-20 kms away..if want to experience of Cruise ship nd music..this resort is of good location

Located at a scenic location, beautiful view from the balcony courteous staff clean rooms decent bathrooms wifi available. The only downer is the restaurant there is rather expensive for all meals there.

A very Old hotel. The reception gave me an early checkin and late checkout. Thanks to Mr Litu for all his help and politeness. Overall a good stay but the bathroom fittings needs to be changed Peaceful

Nice place to relax & chill next to Miramar beach. No restaurant in house so that's an issue. Service is OK. Only one boy to take care of all guests, so too understaffed. All in all OK place.

Rooms with best views of ocean/sea with almost no ameneties. It was just having a room only with a view. The only price is just to get ocean/sea view.Staff was good and welcoming.

Probably very few places in Goa where a sea view room actually has a sea view. On one of the calmer beaches of Goa. Great location. food is too good at a very reasonable price.
