Due to heavy rush of tourist at Nainital, local police was not allowing tourist by private cars to go up. They had stopped us 20 km before. Availability of Parking at hotel, saved us and we came to hotel. Lesson. Stay was good. we booked two Heritage rooms. Their room service rate is quite high. Luke warm coffee/ tea instead of hot was a -ve point. They do not provide tooth brush, paste, shaving kit etc. Come on man, it cost peanut. In MAP plan, we had breakfast & dinner. Number of dishes can be increased in both. In sweets, vermicelli was not tasty but Gulab Jamun were yummy. Must try Pahadi Chicken, of u r non veg. Staff is good and cooperative. they help in planning your day out.👍 We were provided two adjacent room on top floor with complete privacy.

I had a great time there. It was an amazing stay i was completely satisfied with the service but room are small or cosy. I love the food it was delicious. The location was perfect. They have open parking too.. and most beautiful thing about this place it's pet friendly so pet parents can bring there furry baby to this place. honestly it was amazing. If you love nature then you must go to this place. Its budget friendly too all and all I really like the property I like the vibe about that place.. they offer bonfires and music..

We had an amazing experience considering the warm and homely feel of the place. Staff was good. Food was good. The room we stayed in gave us nice outside view . We came to nainital to spend some quality time away from the hustle bustle of big cities. And Swiss Cottage provided the same. It's not far away from Mall road and value for money deal. Do visit Swiss Cottage for a wonderful time.

Good rooms, good toilet, towels were provided and were clean. Food was great. Staff co-operative and nice place to stay. Had parking. Hotel is at good location several tourist spots are at walkable distance. Property is extending to 70 rooms capacity. Liked the place and good place to stay and relax.

Overall experience was great! Cottage is very beautiful, service is also good. Staff was very nice and polite also. During night it was more beautiful with lights and bonfire. Only minor issue was hot water takes too much time to come in bathroom,i had the top most room there.

It was an amazing stay in Swiss Cottage Nainital. The staff is so helpful and the place is centrally located in Market and very near to Mall Road. The parking space is enough for 4-5 Vehicles and it's sufficient. Staff is so helpful to Manage Parking and take care of Vehicle.
