1st thing i want to say that Please guys don't believe on google Map because it showing wrong address. Pls call hoteliers to confirm the address from them. Because hotel is located near main gate of High court Shimla. Now comes to pros and cons. Pros- 1.) Helping staff 2.) Breakfast provided 3.) Near to Mall road 4.) Easily accessible from Shimla Old bus stand. 5.) Affordable price Cons:- 1.) if u r from Big cities then you will feel washrooms are littreally so small in this hotel i have already visited other hill areas like Darjeeling and sikkim where washrooms are very good and big in size. 2.) Decent room not as per expectations. 3.) Normal TV in which u will get to see only free channels bcz paid channels are not activated. 4.) Food is not provided there (only breakfast they can provide) 5.) No shower in washroom. 6.) Towels quality are not good. (they feel hard on body need to be soft) 7.) Almirah is also not in good condition. Conclusion:- if you can manage cons then this will be a good choice for you ate affordable price. Otherwise go for another one.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were extremely helpful and cooperative throughout my visit, always ready to assist with a smile. The cleanliness of the rooms and common areas was commendable, making the stay very comfortable. I especially enjoyed the breakfast – there was a great variety of items to choose from, and the service was excellent. The hotel also made it very convenient to book cabs for sightseeing, which added to the overall ease and enjoyment of the trip. Overall, a great experience – would definitely recommend it to others!

wonderful experience we had here....as a couple this is one of the best hotel I can say....in mall road...restaurant mall road lakkad Bazar lower Bazar everything is in walking distance...and caretaker is very nice and humble to visiter... owner is also very gentleman kind of person..overall I love this property

Overall a good experience. Room is large and clean. Easily accessible from Mall Road within 3 mins of walking. Room service and behavior of staffs were good. One thing is not good that is Food. Not a pocket friendly one, sometimes it seems to be very expensive when you compare the quantity and price.

If you're looking for a budget stay, this bed and breakfast is pretty decent. The manager and staff were very sweet. Room and bathroom were clean.
