honestly speaking ..I was stayed here fir 2days and I choose room which is best in this hotel with total cost around 6800rs ..but the facilities they gave is not satisfied like they have written hairdryer ,sleeper etc..are not available I have to ask for these items like seriously they also didn't give breakfast ..and there is no good swimming experience bcoz in pics it show good but it is very small and also infront of reception so anybody can enjoy your bathing experience . I am writing pros and cons. prons- room is big and nice and clean as well as bathroom ..that's it..only looks wise. cons- location not I like bcoz of shaddy look. I have to demand for everytime I need which they should have already given in room like hairdryer,sleeper etc. 3.overpriced 4.no breakfast given they say if u book offline then you will get a chance free breakfast as well as discount. 5.for 2 days only it takes me around 8500rs hell money like seriously ..7000rs hotel charge with no breakfast and 1500rs for food order ..when I demand water they give forcefully minerals water rather than regular I demand. I will never go this hotel again ..waste of money .

The stay at Tatvam Residency was awesome. Location is good. you get all necessary things nearby. I took premium king size room which was awesome. Size, lights, amenities, cleanliness everything was quite satisfactory. Food at the hotel was extraordinary. Taste and quantity both. Service by all staffs were quite welcoming. I am extremely happy to share my experience. Special mention to Arin, he helped hastle free check in checkout and quite good at hospitality. I would like to give thanks to those genuine travellers who gave genuine reviews to let me choose this property. Thank you.

the room was very good and spacious and we liked the way everything was so beautifully ordained inside it. They had sanitized the rooms properly in front of our eyes and I must say, its an excellent place to spend some time as a couple except, for a single con- The AC inside the room was very ill-maintained and started to make loud noises in the middle of the night( at around 4am) after which we had to switch off the ac. I think the authorities need to keep a close watch on the servicing and regular proper working air-conditioners.

over all very good. hospitality and family safe are very good. I preferred family's and couple and corporate business people's. I planned whenever come Kolkata. I will book this hotel. especially receptionist and all staff very nice. breakfast very nice. over all food quality superb. Thank you very much goibibo.

Tatvam is a gem of place to make a stay as it is value for money. One can for the food without any hint of saying NO, specially the breakfast is awesome. Location is an issue but the staff tries to provide you a comfort label with their service. Its worth making a visit to TaTvam..☺️

nice hospitality. courteous staffs. they close the main entrance gate at night so bit difficult to understand where is the entry. tried their free breakfast. great taste .coffee is awesome. all over great stay privacy and spacious rooms. clean linen and toilets.
